Milestone Properties

WARNING!!!! I HAVE NEVER RENTED FROM JIM OR MILESTONE. This was a single phone call late at night. I called Jim up late at night and asked him a simple question, now the question was rather abrasively worded. Now Jim could have cussed me out and hung up, but Jim took the time out of his late evening to discuss with me my question and he answered it beautifully in such an aspect that I'm writing this review on his company more about his person. He spoke politely explained and further explained more about the whole renting process and everything. WITH ALL THIS SAID after inspecting a property if i wanted to rent and that went well i see that there are almost no justification for the current reviews about Jim. If this gets posted and accepted I'd find most reviews hard to believe unless a l

He won’t show properties out of respect for the people living in it. I loved that. I didn't have to worry about people coming Into my home that I didn’t know. He is short on the phone and can be a little rude but he is honest and fixes what you call in. I rented from him three times, got some of my deposit back at all of them. I thought he was fair. Never had a problem.

This is probably the most honest review you will see about Milestone. I’d heard some bad and shady things about Jim, the owner of Milestone, but I never once experienced any of them. I just know what was told to me, so I can’t speak to any of it. He’s the only person and he subcontracts anyone else needed to fix up anything about his properties. Me and my best friend have been renting from him, and the only bad thing we’ve experienced with him was when we first called to look at the place we live now, my best friend said he was very rude on the phone. In person, he’s great. He doesn’t let you look at a property unless you’re ready to sign a lease that day, because he doesn’t like to waste time. Milestone rental properties has been a disappointment. I have small kids and the water heater broke down, my garage flooded with water, I called and they said the best they can do is maybe Monday if they are open. With frigid weather approaching. What kind of property agency this is. They won't even come to the property to see if it needs to be replaced. He was extremely rude, and disrespectful, yelling over me and hung up the phone, yes I have it recorded. Don't waste your time renting from this agency, many questions not answered.. Never late on my rent, and place flooded with spiders.

I called to inquire about a house posted for rent, and when I asked for information the gentleman told me "You can look on the website" without listening to a word I had to say, even though the website does not have the information I needed. I was repeatedly directly ignored as though I were speaking to a child who was too immature to use their words. I was at no point rude or impolite. The call ended when the man abruptly hung up the phone within a minute of the call.
