Milestone Garden Apartments

My daughter and I live here we we absolutely love our apartment. It is beautiful. Nice and clean community Jenny the property manager and her assistant Catie they're absolutely amazing always on time always answering when you need them maintenance they absolutely amazing they make sure when you need something fixed there on top of it. So if you want to see a beautiful neighborhood well taking care of and the most amazing friendly management team it's definitely Jenny and her team.

I have lived at milestone for about 6 years, and I could ask for a better place to raise my children. The property manager does an incredible job maintaining the complex, makes sure the grounds are clean, as well as providing a clean and safe play ground for the children. Any time I've had a problem in my home, the maintenance crew fixed it in a timely manner. At milestone garden apartments I don't feel like "just a tenant". I am a part of the community here, and proud to call it home. 10/10 would recommend, whether it's your first home or you're raising a family.

I have been renting from Milestone Garden Apartments with the landlord Jenny Cornell for almost three years now. Jenny has been so wonderful and kind. The neighborhood is very safe, the neighbors are kind, and it is a wonderful property to raise a family. The rooms are spacious and the closet spaces are large too. You will even receive a little storage unit outside of your apartment to store things like a bike or Christmas decorations. Miss Jenny is so awesome, that she even gets involved with the community during all of the holidays. You can feel safe moving here and the property is always clean. Just do your part and be a good tenant in return. Each building has two standard washers and dryers as well, so no more going to the laundry mat! I hope this review helps someone :)!

My wife and I have lived here for 11 and a 1/2 years. It is a very nice community. With friendly staff. Mainten. Ance is very adequate. The buildings are well kept and the grounds also. You can take a nice walk and not leave the community. The neighbors are friendly. Although we mostly don't know each other other than by sight a wave of the hand. Or a nod of the head, and we go. Our separate ways. The apartments are large in size. For comfortable living it's a nice community

The neighborhood is beautiful and well-kept, my neighbors are kind and considerate, and maintenance is helpful and amiable. The laundry facilities are modern and include some nice amenities. I've lived in several states across the country and this is easily the nicest place I've ever lived. Some unfortunate coincidences resulting in my being really upset, but Brooke at the leasing office made it right and cleared everything up quickly and kindly. I really appreciate it!
