worse apartment complex in houston tx cars will get broken into rent is over priced 900 plus for one bed room rat infested apartments dirty air vents that have huge roaches and other creatures coming in thru offuce doesnt care about leaks or issues like ac not working and top it off they hired a security company that pretend to be actual police and harass anyone they see outside for looking at them . BIGGEST MISTAKE of MY LIFE !!!!!!!!!

I live there now and I wish I paid a bit more for a different place. However, it all comes down to "you get what you pay for" because a 2 bedroom 1000 sq ft apartment for 600 a month is ridiculously cheap. However that comes at a cost. German Cockroaches (the small, hard to get rid of kind) literally came out of the woodwork and infested the apartment. Keeping the apartment clean helped keep them under control. Good luck trying to keep the apartment clean enough to avoid roaches if you have small children though. We also had a broken garbage disposal and broken drawers in the kitchen but maintenance fixed those pretty quickly for us when we informed them. My experiencia en esta propiedad ha sido la mejor de los últimos 15 años . Hay muchas personas que se quejan del servicio de los manejadores la verdad no entiendo Yo en lo personal Jamás he tenido problemas con ninguno de ellos siempre atienden a mis solicitudes La propiedad está más seguro los pasios y parques más ordenados , más limpia La gente que se queja de el mal servicio no se adapta a los cambios la nueva admistracion está trabajando para mejorar como residente debemos de colaborar para que esto mejore Por lo que Yo me atrevo a recomendarlos al 100
