On 12-20-24, I received an email from Mike Morgan/Peoples Mortgage Company thanking me for my donation. I called Mike’s cell (as it is listed on the email) and left a message, as well as left a message after calling his office directly, and even emailed asking why I was receiving the “thanks”, as I never have had contact with Mike or his company, never gave a donation through his company and I live in Colorado. No one has sent me a return email or call explaining why I was sent that email. So, perhaps this is a reflection of how he/his company does business?? Seems like he has excellent reviews, but this alarms me as there are so many scams which cause many of us to be extra cautious (individually, as well as via one’s actual legit company). I started my home buying process around March 2016. I chose People Mortgage to finance my home because they were highly recommended by my realtor. My loan officer was Leah Ward and she was fantastic. On the first day she took all of my personal information and had my qualification letter within 24 hrs. She was very knowledgeable and the approval amount matched my income. She always answered any questions I had throughout the process in a timely manner. She even answered some of my questions by email well after business hours. I was able to complete my entire loan process by email, phone, or their website with exception of the final closing paperwork of course. They have a great website that is easy to navigate and use. Leah and the People Mortgage Team were great and I have no complaints.

Peoples Mortgage has a great team. I was based in MD and was purchasing a home in AZ. The team was extremely helpful and accommodating to my "long distance" situation and provided the support I needed as if I was right there with them. There was great communication, and they walked me through everything to ensure my total satisfaction. I would definitely recommend them to others to assist in their mortgage financing needs.
