Lord have mercy...... well LANDLORDS.... don't hire Hill & Co, now call Mike Hill Property Management and various other entities. They copy paste your private notes and send them to the tenants. When you work with an attorney to prepare and serve tenants notices, they undermine you with the tenant. We want to give tenants 150% opportunity to remedy issues but if management is going behind the back of the owner how does any thing get resolved? It does not. Then they refuse to keep records and will quit the moment you hold them accountable. You may get sued and then you will see ALLLLLL the emails they sent to the tenants in a production of documents. These emails are wild, no wonder I got sued. All while charging YOU a bundle. Help tenants, yes and always, but undermine the owner NEVER. Wha

Mike Hill is one of the best brokers I've ever worked with. I highly recommend him! Very professional and puts his clients first while working well with me. It just so haooens that we have the same morale for our clients.

Love the home I rented, it was well kept and maintained. Ms. Ginsie was always very helpful and professional from start to finish. If there was ever an issue with something she had someone out within a couple hours to fix it however nothing was super serious. Every time I saw her she asked how my family was doing and genuinely seemed to care. Would give 10 stars if I could, highly recommend renting from her.

the lady i spoke with and dealt with in the office REALLY makes a great fit for the company. she was very unprofessional , from the beginning didn't even want me to fill out the application , didn't even check ANY OF MY INCOME OR REFERENCES but tells me i didn't qualify for the home.funny how she kept asking me personal questions due to the fact that i am a signal mother , BUT im gonna keep it professional and not say she was stereotyping. BUT IF your looking for a home i defiantly wouldn't recommend this company. a little cheap, BUT also a lot of their homes are run down and NOT maintained.

Wow!!!!!! Supposedly the lady in the office is the “SO CALLED MANAGER!” Very unprofessional for the field she is working in. I wasn’t even really calling for myself but for someone else and she was asking way too many personal questions! She said that the credit score I gave wasn’t high enough for a RENTER! 😂 never heard of such a thing. BUT OK! I asked for her name and her manager or who owned the company and she hung up on me! So I called back and she sent me to voicemail where it had her name GENSIE HOWEVER YOU SPELL IT……..WAS HER NAME!!!! HONESTLY I WOULD BOYCOTT THIS RENTAL PROPERTY PLACE IN VALDOSTA OR THEY NEED TO CLEAN HOUSE ON THEIR OFFICE PERSON!!!!!
