I wouldn't recommend hiring this agent to list your home. I have experience with Mike Hastings as a potential buyer. I had a real estate sales license myself, so I don't need help buying or selling. I represent myself. I called and spoke to him about one of his listings. At $779K it's way overpriced. The comps just don't support it. When I asked him how he arrived at this figure, he looked down his nose and said "If you can't see it's value, then you're probably not the buyer for this house"! Imagine this guy representing YOU. You just don't talk to buyers like this and dismiss them out of hand. You do what you can to convince buyers that the price is reasonable. You don't go straight to insults.
