Avoid MightyRealty! Aaron is the definition of scum lord. Does not care for rental properties at all! How do I know? I was a tenant of his a few years ago. Not only is he unpleasant to work with, he is dishonest and uncaring. He is NOT a man of his word and does not understand tenant rights. One of the apartments he manages is called Lake Josephine Apartments. While there, many crazy things happened. We had a homeless guy living in a shack on the property, the lawn was never kept, the septic always never cared for and therefore flooded back into our tub and toilet on multiple occasions. And one time Aaron “forgot” to pay the electric bill and as a result we had no power for a 24 hour period. And did he compensate us for our soiled food in the fridge? Nope. Never got an apology. I hired Aaron to sell two properties and he has went above and beyond his job description to help me with certain problems that hit me along the way. The dedication he showed allowed me to trust him to work even with my move out of state. Thank you for being a professional and reliable agent!

I got my window and door broken for calling police! Plus my rent went up another $50 for nothing but for the sake more money? And i have 2 live with ??? Plus my apt was flooded by incompetent workers twice!! Then they take weeks to fix things??? And or want u 2 take off work so they can get things done!!!!
