The ladies in the office helped me out so much. Very easy move in process. The apartments are lovely inside & outside.

It’s a nice place to live and I love the location. Rent is affordable! The maintenance and office team have been really attentive

This complex is horribly maintained, basically not maintained, and has been this way for a long time which is such a shame since its in a great location and has a lot of potential. The dumpster is constantly overflowing which brings the rodents and roaches. Photo of a rat in my daughters unit, along with the constant battle of roaches. The appliances have not worked in over 2 weeks, no usage of a refrigerator or oven, many outlets do not work, concern of electric problem. No one ever answers the phone, no one showed up for the scheduled inspection, full businesses being run out of the units, and some questionable activity within the complex. Google needs provide a negative rating

There has been changes in the property with the new manager. Property is cleaner,pest control was been taken care of and manténance request are done in a timely matter thx to miss Suly
