Midway Row House

I cannot say enough great things about Midway Row House! Dallas and his team have been an absolute pleasure to work with. They are quick to respond to any questions, which as a Realtor is so helpful! The property itself is awesome. I love the amenities and the layout of the townhomes. 5 stars for Midway Row House!!!

I’ve had a really positive experience living at Midway Row House. The community is well-kept, quiet, and overall a great place to live. I especially want to recognize Carlos on the maintenance team. He consistently goes above and beyond. Most recently, he responded to a late request when my garage wouldn’t open, which I truly appreciated. Every time I’ve had an issue, his response time has been less than 24 hours, and the work is always done right the first time. It makes a big difference knowing maintenance is reliable and genuinely cares. Overall, it’s a solid complex, and the maintenance support—especially Carlos—has been a standout.

They never refill the dog poop stations with bags nor do they empty them. Its like this all around the property. I have to call them like they're little kids and remind them to empty or refill. Never seen anything like this. Dont move here.

I recently toured Midway Row House, and I was really impressed! The property is spotless, modern, and has a warm, welcoming feel the moment you walk in. Dallas, the manager, gave an amazing tour—he was friendly, knowledgeable, and made everything feel easy to understand. You can tell he genuinely cares about the community and takes pride in keeping everything running smoothly. Even just from the tour, it’s clear Midway Row House is managed well and would be a great place to live. Highly recommend checking it out!

This is a brand new property. The gym, pool and lovely pond with ducks and wildlife make it very comfortable and serene. The staff is awesome and has addressed all the usual issues you run into with a new property. Taiah Bey was the first to greet me and was very helpful with paperwork and lease information. So far, a great experience!
