Great apartment and even better management. The managers were very helpful, professional, and easy to communicate with. The apartment itself is clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. Overall, a great place to live—I’m very happy here.

I must say my experience with Taylor was the best I’ve had in a long time. I had been waiting 3 months to move into The Depot on Old Santafe. So much stress. It only took a 1 day to be approved. There was no hassle. He gave me so much peace. He was on time and showed me several apartments. The hardest part for me was deciding which apartment I wanted. I was offered a snack and drinks. It was the best experience. I called The Depot and told them I was no longer interested. Im so thankful.

If anything goes wrong, this property management company will violate tenant rights and not help you unless you beg for months, and even then, they will provide the least amount of effort possible to help keep your home safe and livable. I lived in their properties for 3 years and the last year was a complete nightmare with serious negative impact to both my personal and professional life. Also, you will have to follow up for weeks requesting your security deposit back, if not, they will illegally keep it. I strongly urge you to sort reviews by Newest and seriously consider the 1 star reviews before renting. We have been here for a year and two months now, and thank God, our experience with this company has been quite good so far. However, our bike was stolen from the storage unit this month, and since management said they are not responsible for those, SAFETY has become a concern for us. That being said, when we rented our apartment last year, they made sure we settled into a really nice one in a good, quiet neighborhood. Since then, they have always been responsive and helpful with maintenance requests. Recently, I submitted a couple of requests, and they responded immediately. Tyler, the manager, even called to ensure that everything had been taken care of. Thank you!

Do NOT move in here unless you enjoy throwing money down the drain for a glorified dorm room with broken appliances and zero accountability. Let’s start with the joke of a washer/dryer unit. It’s an “all-in-one” that takes 6 to 8 hours to do one tiny load—and half the time, your clothes still come out wet. It’s useless. For what you’re paying in rent, you shouldn’t have to choose between clean clothes or a full day of wasted time. The walls are paper thin, so prepare to know everything about your neighbors’ lives whether you want to or not.
