Midtown Park Townhomes

I’ve lived here for nine months. At first things were fine, but once the weather warmed up, my apartment became infested with huge cockroaches — at least one or two a day. I’ve had my unit sprayed 4–5 times with no results. Roaches show up everywhere, including my child’s bedroom, which puts their health and safety at risk. I’ve gone to the leasing office repeatedly. They’ve promised treatments, scheduled times, and even said they’d “bomb” my unit, but no one ever shows up. I’ve been lied to, ignored, and told my name wasn’t even on the service list. To make matters worse, neighbors leave trash bags outside their doors (against the rules), and I’ve personally seen piles of trash crawling with roaches, which only worsens the problem.
