Midtown On Devonshire

The apartment itself is fairly spacious for a one-bedroom, especially for a base rent under $1,000, plus an in-unit washer and dryer which is the main reason I moved in here and chose this unit. However, my move-in experience was disappointing. I moved in on 12/19. and was excited about the "Holiday Special", yet Instead of a prorate rent, I was required to pay the full month’s rent plus a late fee, even though I only occupied the unit for part of the month. Paying a full month’s rent after moving in so late in the month does not feel reasonable or fair. It's like paying extra 2 weeks. When you get the unit because of the 6 weeks free. Lived here for a year. Office always empty. Neighbor will steal your packages and leave dog shit everywhere. Trash pickup is infrequent. Walls thin as cardboard. Ceiling fan remotes control other unit’s. All in all pretty terrible

It’s a decent apartment, but be warned- they do not have staff for the office nor the phone (per the woman who mans the payment line). They will walk into your apartment unplanned and unannounced and dodge your calls like it’s an Olympic sport. Don’t rearrange your schedule for pest control either, they always have a sudden emergency and won’t make it to your apartment.

The new management is awesome! They went above and beyond with helping me move in by actually helping me move my furniture in my new apartment! I have NEVER had a leasing office do that before! Plus, they are doing a great job with remodeling this place! I also love that they are wanting to build a community here and not just a place to live. All my neighbors have been very friendly and the staff is so kind and accommodating. Shout out to Trevor who has responded to my questions day or night. He was the one who gave me a tour of my apartment and walked me through the lease process and move in. This is my first apartment by myself, so I really appreciated the patience and help he gave me! I love living here!

If it’s your dream to live in a roach infested, uncleaned, crap smelling apartment that floods monthly then Fringe Midtown is the place for you! When you try to move in you’ll encounter the amazing management staff that will schedule you a viewing at a time the office is closed and then not answer any of your calls about it, they’re so respectful of your time! Because like all helpful complexes they only say they’re open during weekday business hours, but those are the advertised hours, I’m still trying to figure out if someone actually works in the office at all! You’ll also have such a fun time following maintenance around the complex on move in day as they try to find your keys, multiple hours after they were supposed to be given to you, because of course no one has any clue what’s goin
