They never want to fix anything . Office manager is never working and Royal American is rude and don’t care about the property or what’s going. I was stuck in the elevator and had to wait til the fire department came and got me out . No one checked on me or anything. The dishwasher was broke for a while year .

Be careful with these people because they will give you “totals” to move in while leaving the first month information out. They will also PROACTIVELY offer you denial overrides, make you pay utility bills to ghost you for hours before telling you you were approved but with conditions. And the condition is double the deposit! The property manager is deceptive and manipulative! Mely Zamora, the manager, will show you a unit that is not available pretending that she's helping you but will omit crucial information. Be careful or you will end up being scammed and with no place to move in. Midtown Lakeland, FL is fraudulent.

Came to visit my sister, i live an hour and a half away. Not even here for 2 hours and by the time i make it outside, my car has been towed. Even after being parked in the visitors parking area. Just sucks i couldn’t even have a peaceful weekend to visit without having to come out of pocket for an unnecessary expense. Even the tenants who recently moved in have had their cars towed on accident. I would hate to live in such a strict environment, literally walking on eggshells in your own home.

They have all these rules, but they don't clean well, and the rent when up for no reason, and the people park in the ♿️ parking lot and the people who need it !!! They have to park somewhere else
