I’m trying to see do they pick and choose when these bathrooms unlock it’s like a hit or Miss when I’m trying to put in the code and unlock the bathroom What’s the point of having a coded door if it’s not gonna unlock like FIX IT CAUSE IM SICK OF IT . It’s been an everyday thing like who controls the bathrooms I’m pissed .

I've worked in this building for over three years and this is an issue every winter. The owners choose not to turn on the heat until AFTER the coldest days of the year. Three years in a row we have suffered the coldest day of the year without heat. The maintenance staff is responsive and helpful but their hands are tied because the building owners simply aren't prepared. Brian does a great job. We've also been told that we cannot use space heaters because it will trip the circuit. The wiring is dated and there is clearly no planning.

Professional team of landscapers making property look 10x better than it was. Really educated folks. Great Maintenance Team. Couldn't feel any better.
