Midtown Apartments

I’ve lived here for a year, and would not recommend it to anyone else, under any circumstances. Thankfully, I’m finally reaching the end of my lease. For what the apartment is, rent is insanely high, and it just keeps getting raised. The AC hardly works at all (it gets crazy hot and humid in summer), the heat barely works (very very cold in winter), they have a TERRIBLE parking lot (rarely plowed in the winter, and they don’t have people leave the lot so parking spots are not cleared), the unit I’m in frequently smells strongly of marijuana because my neighbors across the hall smoke in their unit (which I’ve told Black Swan, and they couldn’t care less, with their child in the unit nonetheless), the tap water tastes & smells terrible, there’s an asian lady beetle problem during summer, do

I have lived at Midtown for two years and will unfortunately have to move soon. I’ve had an excellent experience the entire time. My one bedroom apartment has great accommodations including modern appliances and free laundry. The property is kept clean and quiet. Jordan Kohn and the rest of the Black Swan team are incredibly communicative; any maintenance problems or other concerns have always been addressed quickly and effectively. I highly recommend checking this property out if you’re looking for 1-2 bedroom accommodations at a reasonable price.
