Midtown Apartments

Midtown Apartments was hell and this was by far the worst living experience I’ve ever had. I moved in through a sublease, originally thinking I would only have to pay the first month’s rent. However, at the last minute, the original tenant decided to break their lease, and I was suddenly required to pay both the first month’s rent and an unexpected security deposit—totaling $1,200. Neither the tenant nor the rental company informed me of this beforehand. They simply sent me a bill, and I had to ask about it. At that point, I had no choice but to pay it, as I wouldn’t have had anywhere else to live. That should have been my first red flag. If you work third shift, don’t mind scalding hot water year-round, enjoy overheated rooms in the winter AND summer, are okay with paying $60 a month fo

Decent living space, no complaints over than that the post here is terrible. I'm fairly certain the concept of outgoing mail is lost on the mail carrier that delivers here. *Pro tip take time sensitive post to the mailbox across from the courthouse when necessary.

I was looking for an apartment. I tried multiple times to call and left messages. They don't bother to get back with you. Number on website has been disconnected. Sketchy.
