I enjoy living there. The only problem I had was the people upstairs They'd be making noise early in the morning. Or late at night, other than that, I had no problem. The only part of my hair is getting my deposit. You supposed to get it in 21 days And I am still waiting for it. I moved out February 29th 2024.

This building is just a waste. Firstanable they gave me the apartment with full knowledge that it had bedbugs. I didn't knowrest right away as I had never had any problems like this. I had to pay for bed bug treatment, and I had to replace all of my furniture without renbersment. After this problem, I dealt with flooding in my living room and room whenever it rains. I was there 5 years, and the managers never approved maintenance for the water damage. In addition, my family developed allergies due to the mold problem. I had to move out because nothing ever got fixed. NOTE: Many of the neighbors had to resort to file a report with the city as many of the issues are affecting their health, and no maintenance was ever done. Others had to get lawyers. If I could give this building no stars I would. The management can care less about the tenants living here. Doesn't even bother with returning a simple call. There is a homeless man living in the parking lot, I have tried to talk to them about the situation so they could resolve it but instead I keep getting the run around. Trust me if you rent here within hours even minutes of living here you will highly regret it!!! Not worth wasting your hard earned money on this dump. I have unfortunately lived here all my life and I can honestly say this management has been the worst!!! This review doesn't even begin to cover half of my concerns.

They got a lot of work to do. The washing machines + dryers don’t work. Waste of money clothes are coming out mad dirty! Also we been having a roach problem no matter what they tried and how hard we cleaned and sprayed. There is always pee smell in the elevator too. Im sorry but they have a lot more work to do before we recommend this complex to ANYBODY!

THIS PLACE IS A WASTE OF TIME!!! DO NOT RENT HERE I REPEAT DO NOT RENT HERE!!! YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED.
