I had an overall good experience with Midor Property Management. All went well, exactly as it is supposed to and is expected to. The apartment I rented was in good condition and the building was well maintained and clean. The two issues that required maintenance were attended to promptly. At the end of my time leasing from them I got my security deposit back within the timeframe specified in the lease and without any hassle. The one place they could improve is the speed at which they return calls, which I believe they are getting better at as they've brought on a secretary. They're a good honest group who I would rent from again in the future. Only reason I moved out was because my needs had outgrown any of their properties available.

I rented from midor in 2016.... they are the worst. They take forever to repair something..... then they make you clean up after them... I had a few times when I was home alone and maintenance man walk in unannounced with no notice... that’s scary made complains about it...... nothing changed... my roommate moved out with no notice behind this issue and a few others. She felt uncomfortable to be home alone during a week day. This how greedy they are... since the roommate moved out with notice I paid my half of the rent day before it was due which was a Monday and I told them I wouldn’t get Paid again till that Friday of the same week... since the roommate did pay her half. Dora when right the court house and filed evection Paper work... Even we been paying that rent on time for 17 or 18

IF YOU CAN HELP IT, DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE! (I rented 1008 N George St, 1st FL. They raised the rent $50 and it’s not even worth it) When I first moved into the apartment I thought they were great but as I lived there the real people showed true. When I moved in the basement was not cleaned and they said they would clean it. NEVER did. The prior tenants belongings were still there. The basement flooded with feces all the time because of them never fixing the problem. Just coming in to clean it up after you threatened further action. The apartment molds in the kitchen and the back room last the bathroom which they know and continue to rent to people. You won’t find that out until you’ve been there a while. Found a house online listed under this property management group but this company number is out of service. I found two locations on google for this place and drove to both. They are closed down. How are you listing houses and apartments but no number? Building location closed.....

I would NOT recommend. Dora is very rude very unprofessional. Dora will not talk on the phone and she will asks you to text her. SHE does not care about the residents at the building nor does she follow up as a professional should when tenants reach out. I would NEVER let her manage my home or do business with her. Owners of properties; BE CAREFUL! Don’t ruin your reputation trying this property management! BEWARE!! SCAMMERS!!
