Successfully closed on a property with Midland Realty Group. They handle both residential and commercial. I had ran into a problem with a difficult seller, and Midland referred me over to a real estate attorney who was able to resolve the issue. Midland is excellent at what they do and they coordinate everything, from initial signing of contract to closing at the title company, from A-to-Z you name it. They got their sources, they got the connections, and they know their locale very, very well. I've been really impressed since Day 1. Cannot recommend Midland enough, they really get stuff done! Pro-tip: Ask for Helen, she will take care of you.

Have to file a lawsuit against them for not returning my escrow money.
