Rent an apartment at Middleton if you like being treated like an annoyance and want to ruin your health. I’m a disabled senior citizen and have NEVER been treated so disrespectfully. 1. My first issue was with termites. Bug guys would come in and out for over a year acting like I was crazy, knocking the tubes down (for me to clean up), and claiming there were no living bugs. Finally, after 3 years, two different contractors were called in. One talked about termite migration and all walls needed to be checked. The other said the whole job could be done from the outside. I contacted the manager, Alicia, to tell her they weren’t quoting the same job. Naturally, the cheapest was selected. 2. In late 2023, I got extremely sick. Middleton Cove has very excellent staff in the leasing office. They are super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! Neighborhood is kept up well! Maintenance team is super responsive. Units are spacious and a great value! Very great option!!!

I have been a resident here for several years, and I am not fond of the property manager Alicia. She is a liar and not a good person, very evil and manipulative. I have had several issues in my apartment such as termites, paint issues, and she just brushed them off like it was no big deal. Then after complaining for several weeks I was offered 2 concessions of 500.00 but I was suffering with this for several months. I could not use my apartment because of the loud noise and the work that was being completed. I tried calling the office to speak to her and somehow she was "not available". Alicia is the property manager and she was wonderful! We are a roofing company and had the chance to get introduced to much of their team and we would highly recommend working with Alicia and the Middleton Cove team.

I stopped by here on a weekend and met an exceptional young lady who was very helpful. She was able to answer all of my questions. Very professional. Her name if I'm right was Destiny. If you go by here and want to rent from them ask for Destiny. She is amazing...
