Middlesex Village Apartments

This is my experience at Middlesex Village from day one Liz office manager treatment with the utmost respect you see I am retired and I collect Social Security and I also have a Section 8 housing voucher I can honestly say Liz was the first one who never judge and give me the runaround when I told her that I have a voucher and I'm on Social Security that's a great feeling because no one wants to be at a place that they're not wanted or they have to force themselves to get into this place by legal action it's not worth it keep up the good work Liz my situation is time sensitive so she was not able to accommodate me and I understand that this world needs more patience Liz keep me in mind if something comes up before 2024 peace

Horrible customer service! Worst place to rent from “any property managed by them” . Nobody ever answers the phones. When you go the main office it’s always locked, and they simply don’t care all they want is your money and that’s it. “If it ain’t green you won’t be seen!” That’s their motto They don’t care about nothing just to try and get something fixed it’s like your in mission impossible… done renting after this experience would rather start paying my own mortgage then someone else’s to deal with what you have to go thru with these people.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. ROACHES!!!!! GOOD LUCK GETTING THEM TO RESPOND. I had to fix a stove myself. Nobody ever picks up the phone. And if they do they tell me "well i just take the messages i dont have any information". I notified thrm about roqches and norhing was done. Its disgusting. Couldn't take the nastiness anymore so i moved out and spent 2 days cleaning everything to not get charged. They did not clean nor replace the carpet when I moved in yet they charged me for dirty carpets. Go ANYWHERE else.

Worst service ever, it takes them 1 month to fix anything,would not recommend to anybody worst service I have ever experienced in my life. They want rent right on time or you get charged late fees but when it comes to maintenance it’s zero , nobody picks up your phone and you do talk to somebody they say they don’t have enough people waiting for my bathroom work order since month !

First there is no washer and Range hood in the apartment. The oven is very old using the gas fire! The worst is they never come to fix the damaged item even after 1 month! Unbelievable!
