Another bad Hilton hotel. Hampton are getting run down. Poor management
The team at Midas manages first class hotels! They do a great job here in the St. Louis Metro area.
We stayed at the residence Inn in Westport St. Louis over the last four days for a travel baseball tournament which happened to be the World Series. All of the hotel staff members were very very polite and went out of their way for us in every way. But there is one person in particular, I believe her name is Miss Yvonne. This lady went out of her way to make our kids feel very special and our families. She is one of the sweetest, most kind individuals we have ever met. Next time we are in St. Louis we will most definitely book at the residence Inn in Westport.
Horrible management company. They lied to employees and make nice hotels into garbage.
Fabulous visit, leadership and staff where so kind and enthusiastic to share their experiences.
