DON’T RENT from them I moved into a house on E. Blake Ave 7/1/25 and moved out 7/31/25. They false advertised the house like it had central air it didn’t. They came a week later with air conditioners. One room upstairs and no electricity in it. There was a roach infestation in the kitchen. That area is a gang territory and every other night the police and ambulance come out there to break up fights. The property manger ARIA ALAUDINI made me pay 3x the amount of rent because of my credit which was fine but when he let me out my lease her verbally told me I would get my deposit back and then switched it up and said the owner won’t give it back. The grass wasn’t cut when I moved in. The city had to put a note on the door threatening to fine them $1000 if the grass didn’t get cut. That is a ga

I never leave reviews but Mid Ohio Real Estate deserves one. Very reasonable rent prices in a good area. Any time we have ever had any maintenance issue they fix it immediately without hesitation. We will definitely be sticking with Mid Ohio while we are in Columbus!

**update** the property manager reached out to me and credited my account partially, as an apology for the mess... 5 stars! Just moved into one of their places. The process was super easy, everyone I've worked with has been great. My only complaint is that on move in day, the floors were still very dirty with cig ashes and construction debris. As well as the bathtub had a filth ring from previous tenant in it... Not a huge deal, I cleaned it up myself, but I can't justify giving 5 stars.

I just wanna say we rent a home from Mid Ohio and we love our home and never plan on moving out. My wife Crystal and I deal with Aria and he’s awesome. Our family is grateful to have such a wonderful home to call our own. And can’t wait to create years of memories in it. Thank you Aria and Mid Ohio.

Thomas Stimpert@ Mid Ohio recently purchased 20 properties in 2022.After the sale he raised the tenants rent, some as much as $500 more a month! (During a pandemic) And basically said if you dont like it leave in 30 days. You know how hard it is to move in 30 days now? The previous owner had built relationships over years and helped many tenant as much as she could. Her tenants paid on time and loved her! This guy Thomas will learn a valuable lesson - you shall reap what you sew!!!! I forgive you Thomas!
