I would like to thank Ms. Patrice for making this move in seamless as possible. Mid city went thru a management change and she was so nice and just fell right in, I had been waiting 2 months prior to move in but when she came she stepped right in, I’m loving my new home

Horrible management. No matter how many times I try to contact the manager she never calls back. I’ve even left her voicemails. I went to the front office and the front security told me to come back in an hour because she was busy with another tenant and was about to go on her lunch break. I come back and he tells me that she “stepped out for the day.” I have also tried calling three different phone numbers that are listed online. I am definitely sure that she is avoiding me because she doesn’t want to deal with a problem that she knows she made concerning my unit. I reported mold in my unit and she tells me that I should have reported the problem earlier even though I literally told her as soon as I noticed it. So instead of wanting to help me solve the issue she gave me that smart remark

Do not live at this complex. Management is beyond unprofessional. Ms Scott is a rude individual who is easily overwhelmed by her job description and abuses her authority. The regional manager does not care about the property or it’s tenants. I called them for weeks to report misconduct and unprofessionalism and never got a response. In MID SUMMER, my central air went out for 2 weeks, prior to the 2016 flood. During the disaster, I was stranded in Denham Springs for 1 week only to return to my apartment, where my AC STILL wasn't working AND it took them 4 weeks after my return to have my AC working again. Mind you there was absolutely no damage or disaster at the apartments so it shouldn’t have taken 7 weeks to resolve. They didn’t offer me a credit on rent for the inconvenience but instea

I don’t live here but I have been searching for a new apartment. I tried to visit them in person to try to speak with someone because they never answer the phone. What’s the point of having a phone if you don’t answer it. But the guy who met me at the door had the nastiest attitude and look on his face and acted like the questions I was asking bothered him or something. Left a really bad taste in my mouth and made me not event want to look at this place anymore
