Update: I moved into my lottery apartment and love it. Alex is so kind and patient. Both him and Wendy are very informative! Can’t say thank you enough! I've been having a great experience with them so far. The housing lottery process is very tedious but they've been patient with me and answering all of my questions. Both Wendy and Alex are very sweet.

I went to their office to pick up an application as stated online. On getting there, the door was shut but the air conditioning was on and active. I knocked and rang the bell many times but no response. I decided to peep into the office and I saw that there were employees in the office. There was a lady with eyeglasses who saw me and quickly hide herself. This is such a weird behavior. I wouldn’t encourage anyone to do business with them in any shape or form. I already called some people who wants to do business with them to cut the ties.

They mishandled my apartment lottery application and wasted my time. I never got to see the actual apartment. The staff miscommunicated information on numerous occasions via random repetitive phone calls that were totally unnecessary. they were rude and very unprofessional.

I dropped in to Micki Garcia on a whim as I was desperate to find a place to live. I was met by Brendan Maldonado who listened to my requirements. The very next day, he called me with many possibilities, all matching my needs. Ultimately, I went with a place that a friend had suddenly open up, but I was still very grateful to Brendan for all his help.

Horrible company handling applications for housing connect. Needs to be removed from management of accounts. Mishandled case of a senior applicant facing eviction.
