I had a fantastic experience renting at Michigan place apartment. The property is well-maintained, and any issues that came up were handled promptly. A huge shoutout to Kyle, the property manager—he is incredibly professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents.

Overall I enjoyed my time living here the past couple years. Kyle the property manager was very kind, responsive, and helpful! Always went out of his way to make sure any issue or question I had was handled with urgency and to the best effort. He personally gets 5 stars from me! Now for my actual living experience: Pros: -New building, so units are updated (large kitchen, spacious rooms, large cabinets, high ceilings) -In unit laundry -Private (paid) parking lot, -Online portal rent pay, -Timely maintenance request and follow ups *Special shoutout to Jose for coming out in inclement weather to fix an urgent need with my thermostat* -Valet trash (overall great but inconsistent with pickup..., was missed many times with my trash out hours before the pickup times and since it was a mandator

Great place to live. The apartments and the community is well kept and feels safe. Kyle, the property manager, has been extremely helpful since before I even moved in. He has provided excellent service and has always been able to help me address and concerns I've had. If you are looking for a great place to live with a wonderful property manager, this is it.

A great place to live. The apartments are beautifully built and the complex feels very safe. I have to give a special shoutout to the property manager, Kyle, who was incredibly helpful from day one. He made my move in process very smooth by personally helping me move some things and has always been available to address any questions or concerns [ he has helped me multiple times to get back into my apartment when I forget my keys !] Overall, this is an excellent place to call home in Buffalo, with the vibrant Elmwood and Allentown neighbourhood nearby for great food and entertainment.
