I have had three homes built by the Michaels Group. Who does that? A very satisfied customer. The MG provides an incredible commitment to quality combined with outstanding communication. My wife and I highly recommend the Michaels Group - you will not be disappointed.

We had a great experience working with the Michaels Group to build our custom home. From the architect who created plans that made our vision practical, to the skilled design team and subcontractors, to the project team that pulled everything together and came up with great solutions to the inevitable glitches in custom builds, everyone was professional, communicative, and focused on giving us the house of our dreams in the timeline we (and our neighbors) demanded.

Building with the Michaels Group was painless. From the initial contract phase, to the design with Kelsey, through completion and finishing touches with John, Todd and Steve, we couldn’t have been happier. The finished product is exactly what we hoped it would be and in the rare case of something not coming out exactly as we expected, the team was prompt and courteous in addressing our concerns. A+ across the board to the whole Michaels Group team.

Would not recommend. As noted in other reviews, the initial part of the process ~ the sales process ~ done very well and responsiveness very good. Very good at the "hook" not so much with final steps in the process. The overall product ~ overpriced for the actual product. For the pricing one would have expected a better warranty process. Their lack of communication and staffing that makes it a job for someone to keep track of any outstanding items. Very disappointing and would not recommend.
