He is extremely rude and unprofessional. I have owned houses and condos in 3 states and have never experienced a more uniformed and rude agent. Michael was mumbling on the phone and could not answer simple questions, from the listings on his own website. His website had very dated listings and I explained that I had found information about other units from other websites. I asked if the other websites were wrong or if his website needed to be updated, so that we could both avoid asking about listings that were old. He suggested that my research from other sites was wrong and got very defensive. He told me to "F&*# off," threatened me and hung up the phone. Avoid at all costs!
