We were in the process of making an offer on a house with a different agent but had some concerns as our agent happened to be the selling agent as well. It was a Friday evening and we decided to have someone review the offer before making it official. Because of the changes to my employment situation I had to relocate, and needed to sell the house I purchased in 2005. Asked for a review of a document 3 weeks ago...after following up consistently every couple days. Mr. Gaddis was unable to even get back to me via email or phone. Was also in the market for a home but w the lack of follow up I will have to look for assistance elsewhere. Couldn't recommend Mr Gaddis although his receptionist is very nice and delivered all of his messages.

Michael did a refinance for me several years ago. He got me down from a 9% loan to a 2% loan. He’s a great guy to work with.
