The worst management company ever and every time you call Gabby got one million and one lies to give to you to get you off the phone. you be lucky if she responded to your emails. Put you on hold forever to answer the other line when you used another phone. And her manager never has access to emails in 2025, could not close an apartment they manage because we waited for nearly two months for a complete questionnaire nada. Those other 5 stars must lively fake.. run run don’t put anyone this roller coaster of lies to no where…..

This company has single-handedly turned what was once a peaceful, well-maintained community into a complete disaster. Since they took over, the neighborhood has been flooded with city code violations and warnings — things that NEVER happened under previous management. It’s clear this company is not here to help, just to control and create problems. The so-called “manager” — who also owns the company — is beyond unprofessional. He constantly gives childish excuses like, “You don’t pay me,” as if that somehow justifies his laziness and bad attitude. You OWN the company. I wouldn't wish this management company on my worst enemies. A real estate agent who made a formal offer on my condo has been waiting 8 days without even the courtesy of a reply to some basic questions. We have followed up with multiple emails and phone calls, and despite assurances of a reply yesterday, no reply. When I called today to inquire, I was chastised by Steven the owner, with all the attitude and drama of a teenage valley girl. He wrongly told me that we only first emailed our questions four days ago and how dare we rush them. We actually first emailed 8 days ago now, without the courtesy of any reply whatsoever, and although we were assured answers yesterday, we still have to grovel to the management Gods who try to punish us for even following up on their broken promises

I live in a condo building that Betsy from Miami Powerhouse manages. She has made many positive changes for our building, and I have nothing but great things to say about how she has managed our building, especially in comparison to the management company we had before. She has implemented many new changes that have improved the security, function, and aesthetics of our building and has communicated professionally about every matter. I am very happy with her and her management company. The people who have left negative reviews are from my building and they actually complain about everything and never seem to be happy in general, so don't pay any mind to the negative reviews since in my opinion they are not really valid. Overall, I highly recommend Miami Powerhouse Management!
