If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. It’s no surprise they only have a 2-star rating — they’ve truly earned it. From the moment I started dealing with them, it’s been nothing but frustration, incompetence, and total lack of professionalism. Their staff, especially Altinay Amador, is unresponsive, rude, and careless. She doesn’t return calls, ignores emails, and acts like helping clients is an inconvenience. I’ve been calling since September 4th not one call or message returned. What kind of company ignores clients for nearly two months? Even something as basic as getting account numbers and instructions to set up automatic HOA payments turned into a nightmare. Rebeca Lon is a fantastic manager and has kept her community, Tahiti in great conditions. She is diligent at solving issues and is quick to provide solutions. The community looks better than ever and is due to her wonderful work!

The property managers never pick up the phone. 2 days trying to get someone on the phone to have a form send out to me. Property manager, assistant and supervisors don't respond. My home repairs are on hold until the call me back.
