Mi-Place at Downingtown

Leasing office staff are great. But owners have used the lowest quality appliances, patchy ceilings, small toilets; grounds don't drain properly, insufficient space for garbage disposal. Parking black top and ramps are not finished. Walking trails are non-existent. Dont waste your money here, find a place where the promised amenities are a reality.

My family and I have been here for about a year and a half so far and we really love it, however with every pro there is a con. It’s very concerning and alarming knowing that current residents can go around taking pictures of other residents cars, license plates and even homes with lack of knowledge that there personals have been captured and placed on the internet let alone a review. I truly believe this is a nice community however if this type of behavior is not addressed it can deter future and existing residents knowing that this type of behavior is acceptable.

Whoever applies to this new apartments community please be aware that if you apply with a passport instead of another form of ID they will assume you’re a criminal and you will be deny. Don’t waste the application fee. They made me feel very discriminated.

Potential renters - DO NOT MOVE IN until the AMENITIES are completed! Moved in February 2023, still no pool, clubhouse, gym, etc.! And NO break in rent, etc. Just recently got the trash compacter up and running, which is a drive at the end of the complex. The leasing office is full of empty promises and the staff turnover is alarming. There is nothing luxurious about this place other than the Beautiful landscaping.

Phenomenal staff who care about their current and future residents. They are not afraid to go out on a limb to do everything and anything to make their residents happy. Truly cannot say enough good things about Karel and Sam. As for Mi Place, it is beautiful with loads of models and options to fit everyones needs. The current amenities along with their future plans are seriously more than anyone could ask for! 5 stars for sure and again a lot of the success comes from Sam and Karel in the leasing and management offices. A+
