We’re so happy we chose M/I! Sean made the process exciting for the whole family. We compared to KB which didn’t meet our layout needs. DR Horton and Lennar which were more budget friendly, but the quality didn’t feel as well done. Highland homes almost had us, but the pricing was confusing and felt sneaky. M/I was transparent from the beginning and the neighborhood feels well thought out.
