Do not recommend. M/I Homes will occupy your yard for months to fix their own mistakes and then refuse to repair the collateral damage. • any unit dented by their contractors? They’ll deny it. Until you have video proof which you arent allowed to take because they were working for 7 months

Construction manager Tyler Gilbreath provided excellent support during the home orientation and took the time to explain everything clearly. After closing, he was very responsive and addressed all the issues we encountered in a timely and professional manner. We truly appreciate his help and dedication.

Top tier service! I’m not a M/I customer but maybe one day I will be now! I caught these guys on their lunch break when my car keys blew off the top of my car (I forgot them up there lol) onto the highway and they jumped into action to help me get them. If even a fraction of their kindness, consideration, and helpfulness shows in their work day, I would support and recommend this company for sure! Thanks guys.

Low quality craftsmanship ship for what you are paying. Negligent workers, Lots of sloppy work, wont cover their own mistakes, already having problems and its barely 1 year old house. Find a better builder, MI homes is not it.
