I represented my client as their REALTOR® and we had the pleasure of working with Jade Barnes with M/I Homes, Cinco Lakes. She listened to my needs and went above and beyond in finding the perfect home for me. I felt very comfortable with her that she even assisted me on her day offs. This a late post, but I said I’m not going to post until I see the quality of the home 🏠 it’s been a year and half since I bought the home since April 2024! It’s an amazing house no problems since I bought, and even if there was like the roof fall or the garbage disposal, they immediately take action and come by the next day and fix the problem. Please 🙏 continue offering the home warranty that you have 🙂

Late review, but I closed an M/I Home back in March. All I have to say is that Reggie was super patient, self explanatory and made sure my wife & I understood everything that was being discussed! Never once did I feel like I was being rushed, which I highly appreciate! As for the home, since closing in March, I haven’t had any issues at all! Overall me and my wife are very happy with our beautiful home!!
