update: updated rate to 1 star. We were told we would be getting our refund on 4/14/25. I have yet to receive a refund. Signed necessary paperwork and I have also called corporate, VP, and sales manager. A simple callback about my refund could’ve avoided a 1 star. I will gladly change my review to 5 if they were to call me back in a timely manner. Thanks. 2 stars because the homes are nice but definitely don’t put any money down until the lender themselves say your approved. Currently trying to get a refund of $3000 because our realtor was misinformed. This is so frustrating and definitely not the first time home buying experience my family deserves.
I do not recommend this builder, they tell you that you are pre approved when you are not, take 3 k from you when they shouldn’t have. It has been over 15 days and they still have not given me my money back. Beware seems they like to take your money and make it hard to o get back even though they should’ve never taken it to begin with.
3/4 acre lots! Nice floor plans 3 car garages and friendly people to get you through the process. Thanks M/I Homes. Loving this community in Floresville.
