As first-time homebuyers, The most significant issue is the poor quality of the kitchen cabinets. The materials and paint feel cheap, and they’re already showing wear, as is the countertop. Given that it’s just the two of us living in the house with minimal use, the lack of quality is very noticeable. For a home priced at $475,000, the interior doesn’t feel like it’s worth the cost, and it seems we’d need to start remodeling almost immediately..Thanks !
