I must say that I am a bit upset at my interaction with this development group. I was looking to purchase a lot and build with them at a development on Lake Conroe. The pricing they have advertised on an 18 wheeler trailer on property is from the 490's. When I went in last week, I was told the pricing was now starting at $570k. I asked the sales consultant a last few questions earlier this afternoon (after 3pm) and was going to move forward. Sadly, she called me to tell me the owners had decided to increase the pricing again to $630k. I do understand that they have the right to do what they want, but I felt everyone should know about my experience. Best of luck to MHW, but obviously, we will not be doing business.
