I am a new tenant in a property managed by MH Properties and the experience has been night and day compared to previous rentals. The entire team/staff is so courteous and helpful, and anything I have asked about has been responded to almost immediately. There was an electrical issue with the washing machine not long after moving in, and the process of getting it replaced was so smooth and fast, I was very impressed. I also like their online portal where you can view your bill and submit maintenance requests, it is very well laid out. Great company!
I've been a client of MH Properties for over 5 years now and I have no complaints. However there is just one thing that MH Properties can improve on and that's getting in contact with the Landlord's in a quicker and timely manner to approve repairs and to send out bills the tenants are responsible for paying such as water bills, repairs in the unit, etc. Other than that NO complaint. MH Properties has always been professional and understanding to my needs and my daughter needs as tenants. We are grateful to the landlord of our unit and the agents or housing manager from MH Properties. They are doing as great job.
