MGR Property Management

I’ve had a good experience renting through MGR Property Management so far. The move-in process was straightforward, and they were clear about fees and expectations, which I appreciated. The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is that communication can occasionally be a bit slow during busy times. Still, when they do respond, they’re helpful and get things taken care of. Overall, a reliable management company if you’re looking to rent in the Ontario area.

I needed to relocate closer to my place of employment, so I contacted out earlier this year, and Kevin was a huge assistance. The most impressive thing to me was how trustworthy he was; I received answers to all of my questions the same day, often even within an hour. He showed me a unit with excellent lighting, spotless halls, and a gym that looked nicer than most of the places I visited.

MGR Property Management, formerly known as Whitestar Management, is by far the worst property management company I have ever dealt with. As a homeowner, I pay hundreds of dollars each month for their "management" and HOA services, yet I receive little to no support. I live a quiet life and simply expect my front yard to be maintained, as covered by the HOA fees. However, every time I submit a landscaping request, it gets ignored, closed without resolution, or met with vague responses that offer no real assistance. For example, the front of my home has had dead plants for nearly a year. (12 months) The landscapers removed them but never replaced them, leaving empty holes in my yard. It was surprisingly simple to apply for my new rental. The team helped me with all the paperwork, and the online process was easy to understand. Compared to other rental experiences I've had, it felt less stressful.

The apartment I rented from this team is fantastic. The pool and gym are excellent features, and the apartment is contemporary and well-kept. It has greatly enhanced the enjoyment of moving into a new property.
