I had such a great experience using MGM Real Estate. This was my first purchase and our agent, Jackie Garcia, was wonderful to work with. She is very patient, knowledgeable, and dedicated. She always made sure we understood the whole buying process, searched long and hard for our perfect home and advocated for our needs/wants. I highly recommend MGM Real Estate and Jackie Garcia, they will ensure your buying/selling process is seamless.

My experience with MGM Real Estate in Beeville could have been better. Our realtor did not show the property once, we showed the property each time or outside realtors showed the property - not once did our realtor do a showing. There was a lack of communication and experience from our realtor that was quite frustrating. I will say that the manager for MGM Real Estate was the one that got things done in the sale of our property. Personally, I feel like we should get part of the commission with all the work we did in the sale.

Currently working with Erin to sell my house, she has definitely made this whole process go as smooth as possible. I've also used MGM in the past for purchasing the same home which was a good experience as well. I highly recommend them!

Purchased my home through MGM Real Estate services, 10/10 recommend especially realtor Mr. Keagan Perez. He listened to what I wanted and needed in a home and was extremely helpful, informative and honest with me every step of the way. He went above and beyond showed me many houses, was patient and understanding and eventually found us our new home. My little family and I are extremely happy with our new home and that’s a big thank you to Keagan Perez!!!

When deciding to buy our first home my wife & I decided to go with MGM. I am so thankful we decided to, they went above and beyond for us.
