We are residents of 700 Biltmore Way, Coral Gables, directly across from the new development located at 729 Valencia Avenue. Unfortunately, our experience with this developer has been deeply disappointing. Despite their Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) permit applying only to the 729 Valencia Avenue site, the construction crews continue to use and block the parking area and access lanes belonging to our building at 700 Biltmore Way. This repeated encroachment has caused constant disruption, safety concerns, and loss of parking access for residents, visitors, and staff. Such conduct demonstrates a clear disregard for city regulations, property boundaries, and community relations.
