We lived in this property for about eight years. John Hellwege of Meyers Real Estate came for an inspection, saying we would get a lease and the property was not for sale. Two days later, it was listed on Zillow. During our tenancy, the air conditioner went unrepaired for a year, and the garage door was broken. John Hellwege was supposed to watch the property and do renovations, but he failed to do so. After we moved out, the landlord confirmed the basement was unsecured, and wiring was stolen. John Hellwege also falsely accused our honest immigrant neighbor of tampering. We have documented messages confirming these issues and are sharing this so others are aware.”
