For starters, what many builders offer as upgraded features, Metzler offers as standard features, for most of their new home models, such as LVP flooring and 9ft ceilings on the first floor and basement. The home features and upgrades selection process was enjoyable with Janet and Megan, as they patiently walked us through the selection process to ensure that we got what we really wanted. We interviewed a couple other builders, but we knew we had the right builder when we met with Jordan. The fact that we could truly customize our home within a reasonable budget and not have to settle for just making changes to an already existing design, was a big draw for us.
