Bad business. Where do I even begin? I lived here for a year and that was MORE than enough. The building has major issues that management simply ignores. There was a massive leak where the entire pool drained through the roof into the building, causing mold everywhere. They never repaired it, and the mold started affecting my breathing to the point where I had no choice but to move out. On top of that, a downstairs neighbor harassed me for months. She tried to test my door multiple times to see if it was unlocked, and even forced her way into my apartment once. Management did absolutely nothing about it. This is the type of behavior they tolerate from tenants. They also had a hot tub, and instead of fixing it when it broke, they just built a wooden deck over it to cover it up. That pret

It’s the best place to live. Gio + Jimmy are the best. You will feel at home here. Any mishaps get taken care of so fast that you will feel grateful to be here. Don’t look elsewhere. ☀️

New management is great! Jimmy is responsive and cool. Rest of the crew is just as friendly and keeps it clean for the most part. On the weekends you can see how gross some of these tenants are. Honestly only complaints I have are of gross behaviors of other tenants. But the place is overal delightful

This apartment is so run down. Changed employees every 2 weeks. Promised you the world couldn't deliver anything. Jacuzzi been broken for a couple months, pool heater been broken for longer. Grill never works. The fireplace never works. Roaches everywhere at the rooftop after dark. Elevator be broken often . Don't believe anything they say , have them email you everything they promise. These people are very shady and have no shame. Come on management team do something. This is not okayyy

I have been a resident since July 2021, and have experienced nothing but gross negligence from building management (Josh Lee). The building hot tub heater broke and took 3+ months to fix. I was routinely told it was fixed until I bought a thermometer and sent pictures showing the water temperature. There is zero security so package theft is a common occurrence in addition to car break-ins. When I, along with numerous other residents reported that our cars were broken into despite being in our gated assigned parking spots, management's (Josh Lee's) reply was to be more careful and not keep things in our car... Management is never available downstairs in the office (door locked and lights off) and never answers the phone so you have zero real-time contact with the building. Josh Lee cla
