Metuchen Manor

I truly can't say enough about our wonderful Metuchen Manor Apartment Manager, Anderson along with his partner Louis. Both are always ready and able to tackle any problem that a tenant has alerted to management. I have always received a prior call, knock, as well as apologies for any foreseen or current situation that needs immediate attention. More Importantly, these 2 gentlemen have alway exemplified professionalism, promptness and responsiveness to all their maintenance requests. The grounds of the complex are always attended to and in excellent condition. My visitors always compliment "This is a great place in Metuchen" of which I agree wholeheartedly.

I’ve been here in the complex from many years, can’t express enough how good Metuchen Manor is and how well it has been managed from all this years, I fell that I’ve been tread like family. Anderson, David and Luis are here for all the tenants and they take care this place like no other. Will 100% recommend here for anyone that is looking for a nice, quiet and family apt to live. I love it and I’m thankful for everything that they do to keep our place always looking the best.

Moved in this apartment complex 3 years ago, in the beginning it all went well! But after time I’d began to have issue with not only the apartment it’s self but with management. The whole building complex is old and everything in it as well. From electrical, to plumbing, you name it! When management is notified they do little to nothing and when the did fix an issue they put the blame on you and try to get money from your pockets! I would not suggest this complex by any means!

BEWARE!!!! 110% scam artist they will charge you for any little thing that isn’t your fault. Management and the property owner do little to nothing to help you out if something goes wrong with the apartment. Anderson and David are the most dishonest and sketchy people to deal with. If your looking to move in the area LOOK ELSEWHERE
