5 stars for Giovanni. He went out of his way to help my fiance and I find an apartment in a time crunch. We had only 2 weeks to move from Los Angeles to New York - thus we were so stressed. We had no idea how intricate and competitive getting an apartment in New York was. Giovanni eased that stress by really helping us each step of the way. He saved the day by helping us get approved for the apartment we really wanted so we didn’t have to settle. He stayed in consistent communication with us all the way until move in day & made sure we could move in thanksgiving day. I will definitely be reaching out to him again next time we need to move

Terribly run buildings. Hard to get in contact with. Overcharging and then play dumb. Don’t waste your time. I’d put less stars if I could. They don’t even have all of their properties online

The worst don't rent in villa Hermosa, management staff for all rude incompetent of their positions and all apartments are literally falling down
