Mr Marc in the leasing office is very helpful and patient I have no problems in my apartment even in my struggling time I fight to hold on to my apartment Mr Marc is always trying to help it's great to live here

‼️ATTENTION ‼️ please read very carefully Whatever you do AVOID moving here It don’t matter if this is all you can afford live on the streets and be homeless it will be better for you and your family then to move here. The rent you paying to live here isn’t worth the pain and suffering you’ll encounter here. This place suppose to be a gated community the gate works today, tomorrow it may not!!! Just many different dangerous things happen over here in this environment. IT IS NOT WORTH IT !!! someone was killed here last year (2023) the community is extremely nasty trash always on the ground, the children parents can careless what the children are doing… they allow them to do any and everything typical the car break ins and the stealing of the residents vehicles happens often they don’t car

I don’t know who wrote these reviews but this property is under new management and I want to say the property manager Marc is a1. He is very communicative, patient, and kind. The property is fully renovated and nice. I’m just gone say this check them out before leaving an reviews.

Adrian is great to work with . This property is so caring and understanding they will help you best way they can . They have beautiful town homes and actually gives ppl the opportunity to live luxury. They are clean , and definitely worth every bit of the money . Their whole staff is awesome!!!

I love love love my new place!! My property manager John is aaaa-mazing! He was so accommodating and such a sweetheart. Security is great too! They were all so nice and everyone introduced themselves and made me feel so welcomed. #NeverMoving!
