I moved in 17 Sept. here are the issues I’ve had immediately upon moving in. Maintenance Issues: The pool is not functioning, despite being told by both front desk and maintenance that it was open and operational. The master bathroom was unusable for 9 of my 13 days: The master tub did not drain water. The master tub faucet was not attached to the tub. The water did not properly switch between tub and shower functions. tub dirty and soap stains. The dryer does not dry clothes; a small load takes 3+ cycles Bathroom vents do not work in either bathrooom. The master bedroom door hinges was loose to the point where you have to lift the door to close it. Hi, I’ve lived in these apartments a little bit over a year. I have had the worst experience ever in this apartment. My floor has flooded. I total of eight times in the past year. I’ve called several times to get this rectified. They were unable to resolve my issue when I asked about what they could do, I was told that they could move me to a different apartment, but it will probably be carpeted the light fixtures that were detached when I first moved into my apartment. It has a part of my list of things that need to be fixed still hasn’t been fixed. It’s a year later. I am loving the new exterior look at Metropolitan. Gaby is awesome and i can tell she has great visions for the community. She is always ready! I toured many floor plans to weigh my options and not once did she get frustrated. She was very informative and attentive. I originally wasn’t a fan of the new interior paint but after the 2nd tour it begin to grow on me. I look forward in joining the community. Review Update: I love the atmosphere here. Trash pick up is easy. Office staff and maintenance response time is impeccable. Gym has a view of the river. My patio is probably my favorite area of my apartment. The property looks beautiful when it snow.
I moved into a one bedroom unit a month ago. When I signed the lease I was not informed of all the mold in the apartment due to the leaking HVAC unit. Since then I have been attempting to get the issue resolved to no avail. The property manager recently quit and the only person in the office available to talk to is the assistant property manager. She has been trying to help but does not have the ability to get the issue resolved. I have contacted corporate but no one has reached out to me directly yet. These apartments were likely nice when they opened 14 years ago but time has taken its toll on them. Everything leaks and they’re full of mold. Maintenance are very good about fixing issues in a timely manner. I worked with Daijia and she is very sweet and willing to answer any questions you may have. My stay has been nice so far for the 3 months I’ve been here
