I live at the Marshall St. Apartments and we have never had a problem with Jamie or Nick .. The people who have been caught are the ones that lie about the management... I have lived here going on 5 years and never had a problem if we did we would report it and it gets taken care of .. We enjoy living here

this company has a rating as low as 2.9 for a reason. if i could give 0 stars i would. genuinely do not waste your time. waited MONTHS for a response and the very unprofessional real estate guy kept pushing it off and lying. we finally contacted metropolis by going in person and demanding an answer as to what was going on. we were told we weren’t accepted but nobody ever said anything. so for those months of us waiting and getting lied to, they also never gave us the security deposit money back. we went AGAIN and finally got it back after a good 5 months. and for the reason we didn’t get approved was because they couldn’t take half of the rent from a 17yo (one minor one adult) who before we gave the application fee and money said that they could and that it did not matter. so they procee

Overall, the living experience at Bow Lane in Bedford was OK. However, communication with management was often frustrating due to their complete lack of organization. Also was told that our unit was in great shape, but there was a $60 deduction from our security deposit because they needed to replace drip pans (which you can’t even access in the apartment). Seems like they love to nickel-and-dime between that and having to increase pet rent due to tenants not picking up dog waste.

if i could give no stars i would. the property manager for the location i was trying to get into wouldn’t email or call me back for weeks at a time and even when i called metropolis properties itself to go above him and actually talk to someone i didn’t receive a phone call back. basically they have been leading me on for weeks and are super unwelcoming to want to live there.

I live at Marshall st and I am very satisfied with nick and Jamie. Nick fixes everything and dose a great job Jamie is always helpful
